Products and prices

We sell physical pet products and optional digital memberships. Product pages describe the available quantities, colors and prices. All prices are in USD. Taxes or additional charges are shown before payment. Physical orders are one-time purchases unless a separate recurring service is expressly selected.

Checkout and payment

Payment is completed through the checkout linked from this website. Ovi AI subscriptions may be billed through Whop or Shopify/Appstle. Review the product name, amount due today, trial, renewal amount and interval before paying. Orders and access are subject to successful payment or an active trial.

Delivery

Physical-product shipping is free, with estimated delivery in 5–12 days from the order date. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Digital services are delivered online or by email. See our shipping policy.

Ovi AI membership

The Ovi AI app is optional: 14 days free, then $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancelled. It provides pet profiles, AI-assisted general guidance, trackers, saved conversations and personalized insights. Read the subscription terms and cancellation instructions.

AI-assisted content

Ovi uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized educational responses from information you provide. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice. Contact a veterinarian for health concerns and emergency services for urgent situations.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Physical products have a 30-day return window from delivery. Digital membership charges have separate refund terms. See our returns and refund policy.

Product use and care content

Follow product instructions and supervise pets when using chew sticks. Remove damaged or small pieces. Pet-care content provides general information and does not replace veterinary care.

Privacy and customer rights

Our privacy policy explains how information is used. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact support for any issue with an order or charge.

Governing Law

These Terms and any purchases, subscriptions, or payment transactions made through OvaPet are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Updates

We may update these terms for future purchases. Material membership billing changes will be communicated before they take effect, with any required consent obtained. Keep your order confirmation and the terms shown when you purchase.
