What is Ovi AI?
Ovi AI is an online assistant for everyday pet care, routines, behavior, training and general guidance. It can use your pet profile and saved context to make guidance more relevant. It is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
How much does Ovi AI cost?
The first 14 days are free. After the trial, Ovi AI is $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancelled.
How is Ovi AI billed?
Your Ovi AI membership may be processed through Whop or through Shopify/Appstle. The billing provider does not change the offer: 14 days free, then $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancelled.
How do I cancel Ovi AI?
You can manage your membership in Ovi AI where available, email support@ovapet.shop, call +1 888 991 1406, or follow our cancellation instructions. Submit the request before your next renewal to prevent another charge.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery for physical products is 5–12 days from your order date. Shipping is free. Tracking is sent when the order ships. Shipping details.
Which currency will I pay in?
All displayed prices are in USD. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes at checkout.
What if I am not satisfied with a physical product?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for physical products. Digital membership charges have separate terms.
