Clear terms for the Ovi AI membership.
Ovi AI is an optional online membership with personalized AI-assisted guidance for everyday pet care, routines, behavior and training, along with pet profiles, saved context, tracking and related features. It does not include recurring shipments of physical products and does not replace veterinary care.
The first 14 days are free. After the trial, Ovi AI costs $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancelled. Your checkout will show the trial and recurring terms before you subscribe.
An Ovi AI membership may be processed through Whop or through Shopify/Appstle. OvaPet synchronizes active memberships from both systems so eligible customers can access Ovi AI. The offer remains 14 days free, then $29.99 USD every 30 days.
By actively selecting Ovi AI and accepting the subscription terms at checkout, you authorize the payment method provided there to be charged $29.99 USD every 30 days after the free trial until cancellation.
Manage your membership inside Ovi AI when a cancellation option is available, email support@ovapet.shop, or call +1 888 991 1406. Phone support can submit a cancellation request to our team. Submit cancellation before the next renewal. There is no cancellation fee.
Use our online cancellation page, your Ovi Profile, or contact support. We record the time of your request. After verifying the account owner, we stop future renewals automatically and email the provider-confirmed outcome. If the provider is unavailable, your request is retained and escalated. Our team reviews any renewal processed after your verified cancellation request.
Digital service charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by law or where OvaPet confirms a billing error or service non-delivery. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed charge or cancel a physical order.
These Terms and any purchases, subscriptions, or payment transactions made through OvaPet are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
