Shipping is free on physical products. We primarily serve customers in the United States. Only destinations accepted at checkout can be ordered.
Order preparation and tracking

Fulfillment and separate shipments
Orders may be shipped by international fulfillment partners. Our Canadian head office is not a shipping warehouse. Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Ovi AI is a digital membership and is not shipped. Access is provided online at ovapet.shop/care/. The first 14 days are free, then the membership is $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancelled.
