Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Used or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ovapet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
